REFUND POLICY
Customer satisfaction is of upmost importance to Inked & Etched. We will always go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. Inked & Etched takes great care when designing and creating your products. As our products are made to order we do not accept refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully.
What if there are spelling errors on my order?
It is the responsibility of the customer to proof read and approve the artwork and once approved Inked & Etched takes no responsibility for spelling and grammar mistakes. Please type your custom text carefully and proof read the draft we send to you.
What if my parcel gets lost in the post?
Inked & Etched does not take responsibility for lost items. Once the items leave our workshop they becomes the responsibility of the post office. Please contact your local post office with your tracking number.
What if my parcel is damaged in the post?
Inked & Etched packages all our items with love and care. If your item arrives damaged please contact us via email, info@inkedandetched.com.au, within 48 hours with a photo of the damage and we will gladly replace the item.
