How do I choose my acrylic colour?
Take a look at our Colour Selection chart in our menu enter the name of the colour into the custom text box above. 

How do I send my logo?
After placing your order simply email your logo to info@inkedandetched.com.au. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or high-resolution JPEG or PNG).

What if my logo isn't suitable?
If your artwork needs adjusting, we'll let you know before production. A very small fee may apply if we need to recreate your logo.

Can I use this signage outdoors?
These signs are recommended for indoor use but if protected from the sun and rain they are generally ok for outdoor use when undercover. 

What sizes are available?
Our signs are available from 30cm to 180cm wide. If you require a different size please get in touch. 

What size should I choose for my space?
Consider your wall dimensions and viewing distance. For reception desks, 30-60cm works well. For large lobby walls, 120-180cm creates impressive impact.

Is installation easy?
Yes. Every order includes a positioning template and basic instructions to make installation quick and accurate. Simply tape the stencil to your wall and place the letters in the holes.

How do I stick it to the wall?
Our signs come with adhesive on the reverse as standard. Once stuck on they are very secure and difficult to move. If you would prefer we supply your sign without the adhesive, please let us know. Adhesive may not stick to uneven surfaces. Designed for flat walls.  

What's the difference between coloured and mirror acrylic?
Coloured acrylic offers solid, vibrant colors that match your brand palette. Mirror acrylic provides a reflective, metallic finish that creates a luxurious, eye-catching effect.

Production & Shipping Times
This item is handmade to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production. After dispatch, standard shipping generally takes 2–5 business days within WA and 3–8 business days interstate (rural and remote locations may take longer). Express Post reduces shipping time to approximately 1–4 business days after dispatch. Whilst we do prioritise express orders, choosing express does not always shorten production time. Pick up is also available from Como or Tuart Hill in WA. For more info please refer to the Production & Shipping information in our dropdown menu.
What if I need my order in a hurry?
If you require your order by a specific date, feel free to send us an email to let us know and to ensure that it will be possible. We recommend choosing Express Shipping at checkout and ensuring you have allowed enough time for both production and delivery. Pick up is also available from Como or Tuart Hill in WA.
Will I receive a proof?
Yes, you will receive a proof via email or text. We are generally quite prompt with this so please keep an eye out and check your junk mail if you don't receive it.
How to Care for Your Product
Acrylic products: Clean only with a soft microfibre cloth to minimise the risk of scratching. Take care when transporting acrylic products, as they may break if dropped. Timber products: Most of our timber products are unsuitable for prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, moisture or water.
