How It Works

  1. Choose a single stand or upgrade to the three-stand bundle.
  2. Select your preferred acrylic colour for the border of the stand.
  3. Choose round or square wooden keyrings.
  4. Select front-only or front-and-back keyring engraving.
  5. Email your logo to info@inkedandetched.com.au after placing your order. Please supply an AI, EPS, PDF or high-resolution JPEG or PNG file where possible. 
  6. In your email, include your preferred acrylic border colour and any additional information or graphics you would like included on the stand. 
  7. We will send you a digital proof for approval before production begins.

If your logo needs to be recreated or significantly adjusted for engraving, an additional artwork fee may apply. We will always contact you before proceeding.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many keyrings are included?
When ordering one display stand you can choose to have 12 or 18 wooden keyrings. If you order the three-stand bundle, you will receive 36 wooden keyrings in total.  

Can I order more than one stand?
Yes. You can upgrade your order to the three-stand bundle using the product options. If you would like a quote for a different quantity, please send us an email. If you would like more keyrings, you can find them here.

Can I choose the shape of the keyrings?
Yes. Choose between 5cm round or 5cm square wooden keyrings.

Can the keyrings be engraved on both sides?
Yes. You can select engraving on the front only or upgrade to engraving on both the front and back.

Can I choose the acrylic border colour?
Yes. A wide range of colours are available, allowing you to coordinate the stand with your business branding. When you email your logo through please include your choice of colour. If you would prefer an all-timber stand, please let us know when you send your logo to us.

Will I receive a proof before production?
Yes. We will send you a digital proof to approve before your order is made. Please check the proof carefully and let us know if there are any changes to be made. 

What logo file should I provide?
AI, EPS or PDF vector files are preferred. A clear, high-resolution JPEG or PNG is also generally acceptable.

What happens if my logo is unsuitable for engraving?
We will contact you if the artwork needs to be recreated or adjusted. An additional artwork fee may apply, but we will confirm this with you before proceeding.

Does the stand arrive assembled?
The stand has a convenient flat-pack design and can be assembled by fitting the pieces together.

Production & Shipping Times
This item is handmade to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production. After dispatch, standard shipping generally takes 2–5 business days within WA and 3–8 business days interstate (rural and remote locations may take longer). Express Post reduces shipping time to approximately 1–4 business days after dispatch. Whilst we do prioritise express orders, choosing express does not always shorten production time. How to Care for Your Product
Acrylic products: Clean only with a soft microfibre cloth to minimise the risk of scratching. Take care when transporting acrylic products, as they may break if dropped. Timber products: Most of our timber products are unsuitable for prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, moisture or water.
