How to order your bespoke cake charm

  • STEP 1 – CHOOSE YOUR COLOURS: Review our 'Colour Selection' tab and let us know which colour for the back plate and which colour or colours for the front.
  • STEP 2 – CHOOSE YOUR FONTS & IMAGES: Browse the font charts in our media gallery and specify your favorite script or block lettering style. Add an image if you wish. 
  • STEP 3 - Let us know if you require a spike on the back, otherwise it will come flat. 

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I attach a cake charm to the front of a cake? For buttercream or ganache cakes, simply press the charm gently against the freshly chilled icing (or use a tiny dab of leftover buttercream as "glue"). For fondant cakes, a tiny speck of edible glue or royal icing usually does the trick flawlessly. If you have selected to include spike on the back gently push the charm into the cake, placing most of the pressure on the front of the topper where the spike is.  
  • What size should I order? Let us know your cake's tier size in the customization box! We standardly scale the width to rest perfectly centered across a 6-inch or 7-inch round tier.
  • How do I clean my acrylic charm? Wash gently by hand with warm soapy water before and after use. Do not use abrasive cloths, dishwashers, or place near open candle flames.

This item is handmade to order. Please allow 1–4 business days for production. After dispatch, standard shipping generally takes 2–5 business days within WA and 3–8 business days interstate (rural and remote locations may take longer). Express Post reduces shipping time to approximately 1–4 business days after dispatch. Whilst we do prioritise express orders, choosing express does not always shorten production time.
