Ingredients
2 large bananas
1 egg
100ml almond milk
2 table spoons plain flour
1 table spoon protein powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
Honey, strawberries and blueberries to serve
Instructions
1. Add bananas and almond milk to a blender. Blend quickly until fairly smooth.
2. Add egg, protein powder, flour, baking powder to the blender. Blend quickly again until mixed.
3. Cook in a frypan under a lid for 2-3 minutes on each side.
4. Serve with honey/maple syrup, blueberries and strawberries.
